1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between a999 and any user of its services. By visiting the a999 website, creating an account, or taking part in any gaming or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at a999, the applicant must be 21 years of age or older. If any person creates an account using a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, the member must provide their real name, mobile number, date of birth and any other required information accurately. a999 may verify account authenticity at any time through identity verification or OTP confirmation.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

a999's services are not available to users in regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Before creating an account, it is the user's responsibility to confirm the applicable rules in their area.

3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Protecting Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with a third party or transferring your account is prohibited. If you believe any unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the a999 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If an account remains inactive for 180 consecutive days, a999 may temporarily suspend it. The account can be reactivated once the member logs in and confirms their identity.

3.3 Account Ownership

a999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, buying, renting or gifting an account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Payment methods currently accepted for deposits at a999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other listed banks). The same methods apply for withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional time may be required in some cases due to identity verification or other reasons.

4.4 Same-Method Condition

4.5 Suspicious Transactions

a999 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and, where necessary, to request additional documentation or place a transaction on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000 — wagering required ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Other ongoing promotions at a999 include: a999 Weekly Deposit Reward (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x), a999 Slot Festival Bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 20x), a999 Cricket Season Offer (40% bonus, up to ৳4,000, wagering 18x), a999 Birthday Special Gift (up to ৳1,000, wagering 10x) and a999 Refer a Friend Reward (up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to be eligible for a bonus.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while a promotion is still active, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• a999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious bonus use is detected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

a999 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error, pricing mistake or any other valid reason. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.

6.2 Match Results

For sports betting, a999 follows recognised news sources and official tournament authority announcements to determine the final result of a match. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, a decision will be made in accordance with a999's rules.

6.3 Odds Changes

a999 may change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that point will remain applicable.

6.4 Casino Game Results

Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). a999 does not manually intervene in game outcomes.

6.5 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or markets. This limit is stated in the description of the relevant game or market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at a999 and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorised access to a999's systems.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Stealing another member's information or committing fraudulent acts against them.
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs for gain.
• Spreading false or misleading information about a999 to third parties.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 a999's Authority

In the event of a breach of these Terms, a999 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. If a breach is proven, the account balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

Any member who wishes to close their own account may contact the a999 support team. In this case, any outstanding bets will be settled first and, once withdrawal conditions are met, the remaining funds will be returned.

8.3 Bets During Suspension

While an account is suspended, no new bets or deposits will be accepted. The results of existing bets will be settled normally while the investigation is ongoing.

9. Limitation of Liability

a999 is always working to improve the quality of its services. However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical errors, network issues or problems with third-party providers, and a999 is not liable for these.

a999 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss — including lost profits, data loss, service interruption or any unforeseen damage. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a999's liability will be limited to the amount directly lost as a result of the specific incident.

a999 is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) or banks.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
